We currently have a small selection of older holiday homes that we use for short term hire. These are specifically not for holiday bookings and are available for a minimum 4 week booking period, for people requiring short term accommodation. We do not have any units available for weekly holiday hire. If you are currently moving home and need a stop gap then please get in touch with us.

Inside the home you will need to kit out the kitchen with your own utensils, cutlery, crockery pots and pans, toaster kettle etc. All units do however come with their own fridge and gas cooker with hob.

You will also need to provide your own bedding - sheets, duvets, pillows etc.

We have a coin operated launderette on site.

You will have access to the swimming pool when it is open throughout your term with us.

We require a £250 deposit that is refundable subject to the holiday home being left in a clean and undamaged condition. The rent is from as little as £140 per week for up to 4 people and payable weekly in advance.

Gas is charged on a 'per-bottle' basis and electricty is on a meter.

Pets are allowed in the home at an additional charge of £10 per pet per week.
