The make and model of your choice may be supplied through us and we are pleased to offer you any advice and help when making this decision. We always have holiday home brochures available from all the leading manufacturers, and all holiday homes are sold at the current recommended retail price. Connection Charges

Our 'Complete On-Pitch' price which needs to be added to the price of the holiday home, means you will have the benefit of being able to move straight into your holiday home without worrying about any further 'hidden extras'

Our "Complete On-Pitch" price includes:

• Delivery from the manufacturers
• Siting & connection to main services of water, electricity & drainage
• Either - 2 gas cylinders & an automatic change-over regulator Or - for those holiday homes with central heating - 4 large gas cylinders in a purpose built storage box
• TV Aerial

Licence Period

Depending on which make, model and price of your holiday home, you will be offered an agreement to keep your holiday home on the park, varying from 10 - 15 years. This agreement is drawn up, under the code of practice by the British Holiday & Home Parks Association and the Office of Fair Trading, to maintain standards expected today and to ensure the owners have security of tenure recognised by the government and park home industry, provided that the holiday home is well maintained and complies with any current health & safety regulations.

When your holiday home reaches the end of its licence agreement, it will be due for replacement with a new or more up to date model, or removal from the park, with which we can assist you.

Seasons at Merley

The park always opens on March 16th, and for most of our holiday home owners, closes on 31st October.

For those holiday home owners wanting an extended season, which can include Christmas & New Year, we can can offer a 10 or 11 month season, finishing on 15th January or 15th February respectively. There is an additional fee for the extended seasons. Please let us know if you are interested in this when you make your enquiry.

If during the time the Park is closed you wish to visit your holiday home you are welcome to do so, although the water & electricity may be switched off and you will not be permitted to stay overnight.
