Scanwo Log Cabin - For SalesThis superbly built log cabin situated at the lower part of the Park has just come onto the market. The cabin itself has been constructed externally with timber from Denmark . It has a fully tiled roof and substantial guttering and down pipes to the whole roof. The current owner has had additional insulation added to all external and internal walls before boarding and finally plasterboarding throughout. The floor throughout has been finished in smooth tongue and grooved Danish wood and then had three coats of clear stain put on it.

The cabin has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own walk in wardrobe, fully fitted out with hanging rails, shelving and drawers. There is also an en-suite bathroom, complete with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and built in basin. The tiles in here were hand painted. The bedroom itself has been set up so that the bed, which is being left, can be placed at either end of the room allowing the owner to move the room around.

The lounge has a double opening door out onto the large deck area. In the right hand corner is a log burner effect fire but with an electric fan heater built in. Over the kitchen there is a velux window allowing additional light into this area. The kitchen comes with all the built in units, work top and appliances listed below. Above the gas hob and cooker, provision has been made for an extractor although one was never put in.

Outside the cabin has a paved walkway around most of it including an area by the front door to park a vehicle. All the plants are being left to provide an already mature garden. The storage box along from the front door houses the gas bottles for all the heating cooking and hot water.

Finally there is ducting in place for a telephone line although there would be a cost to get the cable to the unit from the nearest cable point.
