We are able to offer a choice of 7½, 10 and 11 month season and the Park opens from the 16th March each year.
For peace of mind we are able to offer you a licence agreement under the Code of Practice drawn up by the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, which gives you the customer security of tenure and helps to maintain standards expected by you. The BH&HPA is recognised by the Government and Park Home Industry.
Electricity, Gas and Insurance are charged in addition to your pitch fees.
We stipulate that all Holiday Homes, Lodges and Log Cabins must be insured at all times both for structure and contents. We are able to offer competitive rates.

What do we pay – When do we pay it?
Pitch Fees: Quarterly
Service Charges: Electricity is metered and invoiced bi-annually. Gas, as and when required.
Pets are permitted on the Park as long as they are safe, quiet and where applicable kept on a lead.
