We have just taken delivery of this brand-new lodge, and whilst the layout has remained the same as all others from years gone, it says a lot about how good this layout is for someone wanting a beautiful holiday home.
The lodge is situated behind reception and the indoor pool, facing north, on a raised bank, overlooking a large central lawned area of the Park. It is so new we haven’t even had the deck and parking area supplied and fitted yet, but it will come with a four-foot deck off the front lounge doors and come around the side, out eight feet down past the opening patio doors of the kitchen. There will then also be a double bay parking area alongside the lodge.
As with all Rivendales you enter a vast spacious open plan kitchen/dining /lounge area, with a snug lounge off of the lounge at the far end where you can close yourself off from the ret of the lodge should you wish too.
The kitchen comes with all the modern conveniences expected in this modern day, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, built in microwave, gas hob and oven. The boiler, serving the hot water and central heating is in the far corner cupboard and runs off LPG bottles that will be situated to the side of the lodge in a purpose-built container. The dining table and chairs are just to the right as you enter the lodge and the lounge area, complete with remote control electric fire and wall mounting area for a TV are to your left. All fully furnished as you would expect.
As you move across from here you enter the hallway to a twin bedroom on your left, complete with two three-foot single beds along with a compact dressing table and built in wardrobes. Next you come to the main bathroom with a large shower tray with a very fancy glass panel, toilet, and wash hand basin, before finally entering the master bedroom. This lovely room comes with a good-sized dressing table on your left, a king-sized double bed with bedside tables, a TV point high up on the opposite wall. Then you finally enter through the built in wardrobe area to the large en-suite, again complete with large shower tray and fancy modern glass panelling, a corner toilet and wash hand basin.
The lodge situated on Pitch N30, comes with a 30 year lease to keep it here on the Park.
