Latest Update – Monday 12th April

Dear Holiday Homeowner,

We would like to Welcome you all back to the Park. It is wonderful to be now open officially, despite there still being many restrictions.

We really appreciate everyone’s understanding and co-operation over the last few months and look forward to a GOOD summer.

Following the announcements on Monday by Boris Johnson and the updates we have had from the BHHPA we will endeavour to get back to some normality albeit slowly over the next few months.

Please find below and read carefully the following: –

Holiday Homeowners are now allowed back on the Park.

1.We are issuing you ALL with a QR code. Anyone over the age of 16 staying on the Park must scan this when you come to your Holiday Home. We have been instructed by the BHHPA that you should scan this every time you come onto the Park. Please keep this QR code in an accessible place.

2.At the moment you are only allowed one household staying in your Holiday home at any time. If you have family or friends that want to come and stay, they will have to do so when you are not there, and you will have to make sure you clean the holiday home thoroughly before they arrive.

3. If you are staying at your holiday home you CANNOT have visitors to the Park other than those in your support bubble. This rule will remain in place until May 17th 2021 or until further government advice changing this information.
Any Support Bubble visitors MUST be recorded on Track and Trace forms or scanned using the QR code.
We would like to point out that Parks are entitled to set their own rules and regulations in safeguarding both Staff and Holiday Homeowners as we come out of lockdown.

4. You may socially distance with other people on the Park up to six persons and outdoors ONLY. We recommend this is kept to a minimum.

5. We are hoping to open the Swimming Pool from the end of May, however there will be some restrictions in doing this.

We will be updating the website as further information is forthcoming and thank you all for your co-operation during this time.

Regards

Philip and Fiona Hammick
